What Kimberley Wore: Etsy Craft Party

Dress | Primark
Jelly shoes | Primark
Earrings | Cheap Frills
Bag | Etsy Craft Party Edinburgh

On Friday, Helen took me along to the Etsy Craft Party as her date. It was held at The Haven in Edinburgh. I don't sell anything on Etsy but I love to shop on the site so it was great to get together with local designers and we had a great night crafting and chattng. We were vamping up photographs with embroidery, which was perfect for even the talentless like myself. Best of all, we got to sample many of the designers' work in the form of our awesome goody bags. We will be showing off our goody bag treats later in the week.
I decided to wear this Impressionist print skater dress. It has a great texture to it and is fun. I kept it casual with jelly shoes.
Argh just realised I'm wearing entirely Primark again. It seems to have taken over my wardrobe recently because it's near my work has become a bit of a habit- a cheap lunch time shopping fix. I'm making a pact with myself to avoid it from now on.

The sparkly pineapple earrings were an early birthday gift from Helen and are from Cheap Frills. Love love love!

And here is my finished piece- this sassy little lady is caught in a pink web. I also gave her a sequined bra and embroidered knickers to protect her modesty. It was quite an effective way to enhance and decorate special photographs- and quite addictive! I can't wait to find out what the lovely ladies have in store for the next one.
